ABOUT THE TEAM

 

We are not a traditional call-center, far from it! Trade Republic’s Customer Service Department is tech-enabled and data-driven. We are building the future of world-class Customer Service.

 

As a part of the Project Office, you will help take us from where we are now to our vision of the future. You will drive ambitious initiatives that aim to help Customer Service keep pace with the company’s rapid growth and introduce cutting edge technologies.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist our automation taskforce in identifying and coordinating improvements to our product and process that help the Customer Service department scale
  • Assist in the creation of business cases for projects
  • Assist in identifying project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress/obtain weekly project status from all team members
  • Learn and use Confluence and JIRA for maintaining project documents and timelines

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a study program with a focus on Business Administration, Innovation, Technology Management or similar
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Experience working with many stakeholders to achieve a common goal
  • High computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, basic understanding of how software is programmed)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology and customer experience
  • Proactive, can-do attitude

 

Even Better if

  • You speak fluent German or another EU language
  • Advanced knowledge of digital technology and/or capital markets
