The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will provide full cycle recruiting support to our businesses and hiring managers by handling all aspects of recruitment, candidate data management in Greenhouse ATS, and communication. Recruitment includes direct sourcing of candidates, screening and assessing skills, building interview plans, scheduling interviews, and developing and presenting offers. The Recruiter will work closely with departments including Software Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Design. Key responsibilities may also include special projects relating to recruiting objectives and activities.
This is a short-term contract position with an initial time frame of 3 months.
Manage approximately 10 requisition in a 3 month period
Administer high volume sourcing strategies to identify candidates through various channels (Internet research, social networking, online database search tools, referrals, etc.)
Manage Trade’s ATS
Customize and edit job descriptions to optimize interest from qualified candidates
Build and maintain interview processes with hiring managers
Accurately assess candidate talent against competencies
Follow up weekly with candidates and hiring managers to maintain relationships and build knowledge of needs and opportunities
Ensure that existing diversity talent acquisition strategies are executed and applicant flow requirements are met
Handle all communication between candidates and Trade
Provide a top-notch candidate experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for tech and startup organizations
Experience recruiting for technical, creative, and business roles
Experienced in using Greenhouse ATS
Proven ability to manage a minimum of 10 requisitions as well as network and source candidates
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies (highly preferred)
