Your Mission

As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for fueling TrackTik’s culture and ensuring all TrackTikers can develop to their full potential!

You are approachable, goal-oriented and strive in fast changing environments. You help implement solutions that ensure TrackTikers get the recognition and support they deserve, act as ambassadors, perform in their roles, grow and bloom.

Your projects

You can have an impact on many different areas, including:

  • Onboarding and employee journey
  • Coaching, learning and development
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Change management, organizational development, succession planning
  • HR policies, compliance, documentation, employee files
  • Compensation guidelines: position us competitively while maintaining internal equity
  • Recognition and belonging, diversity and inclusion: make sure every TrackTiker feels at home and can flourish
  • Employee engagement and ambassadorship
  • Data analytics: help us collect data and use it to help us gain insights and make the right decisions

Who you are

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Solid judgment and effective interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to employment
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Interested in measuring Talent efforts and their outcomes
  • Curiosity and ability to juggle multiple priorities and different personalities while staying cool-headed, efficient and positive
  • Tech-savvy and experience with HR systems (BambooHR / Dayforce, OfficeVibe and more)

Nice to have

  • Experience defining compensation guidelines (market analysis, salary structure)
  • Project management experience, especially if supported by theoretical training
  • Familiarity with tech startup environment with exponential growth
