Your Mission

You are focused on client satisfaction and supporting activities that will assist with achieving the sales objectives. You will maintain expert knowledge of the organization’s products and services. You will make yourself available to all departments to assist with internal training, client discussions and technical analysis of professional service opportunities. You will review and analyze client feedback and feature requests. You will gather detailed information about the need and determine the best way to implement a solution, if/when applicable. You are also responsible for escalation to the Director of Product and Product Review Board.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Become the product expert for one of our primary solutions (SecOps, BOSS, Mobile+)
  • Review and follow up on all professional services requests (business development, account management etc.)
  • Prepare Scope of Work documents: manage confirmed projects from conception to implementation
  • Review and follow up on all feature requests and feedback submissions
  • Join calls with clients to review requests/professional services
  • Plan and present roadmap suggestions for your product
  • Support the software engineering team
  • Clarify tickets/expectations
  • Train on existing product and services
  • Explain QA procedures
  • Review completed tickets, identify those that need release notes or updates to TrackTik University
  • Participate in regularly recurring Enterprise Client meetings
  • Assist with responding to support tickets during high-volume periods

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment where client service was a priority
  • Experience in preparing scope/statement of work documentation
  • Experience planning and managing projects
  • Experience with web applications, desktop and mobile operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android)
  • Comfortable negotiating terms and costs with the client
  • Ability to understand the client’s needs and have a vision to design strategies that will maximize revenue of the organization and drive client satisfaction
  • Client-oriented, self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals and strategies
