Your Mission

Bring your technical knowledge, skills, and personality to our team and clients. In other words, you will contribute to the success of each client that joins TrackTik and to establishing the company as the #1 workforce management system for the security industry. Your goal: support our clients in learning how to use TrackTik efficiently and successfully integrate the platform in their day-to-day operation. 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Act as a project coordinator for each new client by leading integration from end-to-end
  • Analyze, qualify and identify client’s needs to better support and streamline their day-to-day operation using TrackTik by prioritizing which features they will need
  • Set-up a schedule for the integration depending on the package selected and plan meetings accordingly
  • Assist clients with software functionality questions; provide on-call/email support in emergency situations, manage and monitor tickets from JIRA
  • Organize and deliver technical training for international clients by answering questions and providing training for admin users
  • Manage portfolios of new clients until their transition to their Client Success Manager
  • Participate proactively in the creation of new training material for internal and external use and internal processes within development
  • Work closely with our product manager and development team to keep your knowledge up to date
  • Support Sales team with demo for potential clients
  • Take part in the development of the product by providing feedback gained from the client on their requirements as it pertains to our product’s functionality
  • Complete administrative tasks on a regular basis

Your Skills & Experience 

  • 1-3+ years’ experience in project management, system integration or client service; sales experience an asset
  • Proven experience training end-users on software and technology
  • Familiarity with cloud-based/SaaS solutions
  • Experience doing remote and on-site training
  • Experience with Salesforce will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, curious, tech-savvy, empathetic
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and French are assets
