ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Lead Integration Technician will be responsible for overseeing the onsite, day-to-day operations of the Integration lab. This individual will provide daily directions on order status and requirements to team members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage day to day orders in Integration lab.
- Oversee the training of Integration personnel.
- Audit and troubleshoot work performed by team members.
- Collaborate with delivery team and PMO team.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Build processes and procedures within team.
- Provide coverage for Integration Technicians to ensure daily operations are fulfilled as needed.
- Be a liaison between other internal departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:
- Associates degree or equivalent level of experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of integration experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in managing and/or directing teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
