About the Role:

Our client is seeking an OSP Technical Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects adhere to the required standards of budget, timeline, materials, and scope. They must develop comprehensive project plans that meet technological needs and align with corporate goals. The Project Manager should have a thorough understanding of the project work, and coordinate team managers and technical personnel throughout all stages of the project. The Project Manager will also be expected to review and implement workflow and scoping improvements in support of continuous improvement and successful project execution.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Direct activities of the project team’s execution with a focus on efficiency, quality, and visibility.
  • Create and manage leadership visibility aspects of projects such as reporting on budget revisions and project timelines.
  • Coordinate project material availability, consumption, and reporting.
  • Review new and existing processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Anticipate and review resource constraints and demands associated with project execution.
  • Serve as point of escalation for all project prioritization and issues.

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Construction Management experience is required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience. 
  • Experience in field construction and equipment installations
  • PMP certification (or in process of certification) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related professional work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to be flexible.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, including when to escalate or ask for additional support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$50$60 USD
