About the Role:

In this role, the Regional VP, Professional Services will build and price professional IT services models and provide exceptional execution of solution implementation on budget and on time, every time. With the experience of maturing a professional IT services organization, you will roll up your sleeves and take ownership of this increasingly growing business unit. Driven by results and success, you will inspire your team, significantly increase revenue, and create credible client experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Relations: Engage with client IT leaders to understand their needs and connect them to our service offerings. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Alignment: Tie IT objectives to business goals and demonstrate how our solutions drive business value. Understand the intersection of product and services and utilize this knowledge to enhance our offerings.
  • Service Delivery Management: Manage and oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure quality and timely execution. This includes understanding and managing risk, dealing with challenging situations, and being the point of contact during crises.
  • Growth Mindset: Identify and execute strategies for growth and expansion. Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to increase our client base.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand the financial aspects of IT service delivery, including pricing, compensation, and cost reduction. Strive to positively impact revenue and labor expenses each quarter.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT project execution to ensure it aligns with client objectives and business goals. Manage resources efficiently to deliver IT services within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, management and accountability. Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead regular stakeholder calls and meetings, providing clear communication on IT service delivery progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Required

    • 10 to 15 years of experience leading professional IT services organizations
    • Demonstrated experience building and growing a professional IT services business
    • Experience having responsibility for a P&L and increasing profitability
    • Professional IT services scoping and delivery experience.
    • This role will be onsite at the Pasadena office 3 days a week


    • Managed IT services experience


    • Healthcare industry experience

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
