We’re looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy team player to join our team and help us ensure that our in-house production and distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role works in close collaboration with stakeholders and management. An organized individual, with nicely structured files, is essential to the workflow. The position requires strong communication skills, as well as an ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, problem solving, attention to detail, the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is not afraid to tackle a myriad of projects at once and enjoys a fast paced startup work environment.
Build and maintain project plans, checklists, presentations and reminders to implement and track workstreams.
Liaise with the various teams to check in on progress of projects and ensure regular reporting of ongoing tasks to senior executive team
Grit, hustle, desire, and a “get-it-done” attitude; strong comfort with a lean startup environment, where everyone is encouraged to participate in and contribute across all teams.
Identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions that grow our capacity
Confidently set and maintain team cadence, global communication channels and operational rhythm.
Execute other projects at the direction of the team.
3+ years of experience working within a start-up or high tech environment.
Experience leading projects from A-Z
Excellent Operational Skills- You love taking a ‘Birds-eye-view’ of things.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Docs, etc.)
Thrives working in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and flexible
Demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively
