About Us
The Production Board (TPB) is a holding company established to solve the most fundamental problems that affect our planet, by reimagining global systems of production across food, agriculture, biomanufacturing, human health and the broader life sciences.

TPB builds new businesses from scratch based on emerging scientific discoveries, partners with exceptional talent, and provides them with the capital, infrastructure and market insights needed to deliver at least a 10x improvement in the cost, energy, time, or carbon footprint of conventional systems.

Our team consists of founders, operators, scientists, and technologists who have founded unicorns, scaled global businesses, and built teams and products that have delighted, nurtured, and fed millions around the world - and created billions of dollars in value along the way. More about us at tpb.co

Now we’re looking for talented technical experts to come build with us.  We hope that might be you.

The TPB Pioneers Program offers two tracks:

  1. Chief Technology Officer / Chief Science Officer-in-residence track
  2. Scientist / Engineer-in-residence track

The  two tracks are very similar during the initial stages of the program. The difference is that, if we end up founding a company together, CTO/CSOIRs will end up leading the company’s technology strategy and team holistically while S/EIRs will end up leading important divisions of the company’s technology strategy and team.

Because the two tracks are very similar during the program’s initial stages, they share a common mission, set of responsibilities, and outcomes.
