Come and support our Team as Head of Content (f/m/x)

 

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Make Tourlane the best travel platform for customers by maximising publishing agility and responsiveness to content needs
  • Lead the change to a global content operations team including the design of policy and structure to optimise this
  • Define Content Operations workflows, processes and performance frameworks
  • Work with Product Managers to deliver our proprietary content database technology
  • Inspire, motivate and develop the global Content team to achieve outstanding performance
  • Drive processes improvements that will enable the Content team to support ever growing business demands

This makes you a great candidate:

  • 4+ years managerial experience; 3+ years experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or project management
  • Demonstrates success in business process re-engineering optimization
  • Plan/prioritize workload and oversee resources
  • Quickly grasp the essence and underlying business priorities when faced with new problems
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and deadlines
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands in the tools to meet deadlines
  • Extensive and proven organisational and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business
  • Effective leadership skills – able to engage, motivate and develop staff at all levels
  • Experience of delivering complex projects across multiple stakeholders
