TouchBistro is looking for a Manager, Billing & Collections to lead our billing operations, optimize our Zuora platform, and drive strategies that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role combines operational expertise with strategic leadership to minimize delinquency rates, maximize cash flow, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader with a proven track record of process optimization and team development in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Billing Operations: Ensure accurate invoicing, optimize Zuora workflows, and collaborate with teams to resolve billing issues promptly.Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting and goal alignment to maintain liquidity and reduce overdue balances.
  • Collections Management: Develop strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash flow. Negotiate payment plans and manage escalations effectively, coordinating with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Customer Focus:.Maintain strong customer relationships while resolving billing disputes with a customer-centric approach.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with clear, measurable goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze performance reports to drive actionable insights for senior leadership while also identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to billing and collections laws across North America, Mexico, and the UK.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage tools like Zuora, NetSuite, Creditsafe and Salesforce to streamline operations and workflows.

What You Bring

  • You have 5+ years in billing/collections
  • You have 2+ years in leadership
  • You have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • You have deep understanding of collections laws across North America, Mexico, and the UK.
  • You are results-oriented leader with experience achieving KPIs such as DSO reduction and improved cash flow.
  • You have proven ability to drive process innovation and leverage billing platforms to optimize workflows.
