TouchBistro is looking for an Acquisition Executive, Partnerships to join our Partnerships team in Toronto! As we head into 2025 and beyond, it is important we continue to grow our partnership portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing new strategic partnerships with food distributors, alcohol vendors, equipment manufacturers, and other key players in the restaurant ecosystem. Your Day-to-Day
- Prospecting → gain a deep understanding of our Integrated Channel Offerings (ICO) and key value propositions, researching and compiling lists of potential partners including food distributors, alcohol vendors, equipment manufacturers, and more
- Pipeline Management → drive outreach through email nurtures, phone calls and multithreading, maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce along the way
- Partner Meetings → lead discovery calls to identify mutual opportunities and challenges; drive negotiations and agreements from initial contact to partnership signing; deliver engaging presentations and enablement sessions to ensure smooth integration and activation of the partnership
- Coaching Sessions → participate in gong call reviews and provide feedback, support internal teams with meeting preparation, pipeline reviews and key insights on partner progress and needs; act as a coach and resource for partners, sharing best practices and guiding them towards success
- Partner Go-to-Market → oversee the creation and management of partner referral forms, enable Partner Account Managers (PAMs) through training, resources and introductions to key partners; work closely with PAMs to ensure accountability and alignment between sales teams and partners for successful go-to-market execution
All About You
- You bring 3+ years of experience in business development and/or partnerships development, including formal sales training
- You have the ability to manage a pipeline through a CRM system (we use Salesforce!)
- You possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex partner discussions
- You are coachable and enjoy working cross functionally
- You are Highly Organized → you live and breathe by your calendar, and can manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (2x a week in our Toronto office)
