As a Solutions Architect/Technical Lead - Field Engineering at Torq, you will report to the Sr. Director of Field Engineering. You will play a central role in the Field Engineering team.  You will have highly technical peers across all time zones who work collaboratively with you to solve customer problems , design solutions and share their experiences to achieve the maximum value from our technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage with customers to ensure their success in their automation journey leverage of the Torq solution (Solution Adaption).
  • Support customers with their technical needs and queries.
  • Support, coach and guide junior peers and other team members.
  • Represent Torq in events and conferences.
  • Influence the features and roadmap of Torq solution based on customer needs.
  • Keep current with the latest technology trends related to the Security and Security Automation landscape.

What are we looking for:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in SOAR/Automation technologies or equivalent position.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience is desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position such as pre-sales engineering , customer success engineering , professional services , technical services are a must.
  • Proven experience in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver a world-class technical experience to our customers.
  • Customer service oriented and “can do” attitude with an uncompromising will to learn.
  • ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with/in security operations centers (SOC) , Cloud , EDR , SIEM technologies are highly desirable.
