At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.

We’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 103 million registered users and 237,000 active partners across 19 countries, have together already prevented 373+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1009.000 tonnes of CO2e!

Your mission

With our current scale and impact on the problem of food waste, it is vitally important that we continue to create a product that consumers love and a product that brings strong and ever-increasing value to our partners. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of that.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our established Product Organisation. The Product Organisation is responsible for driving the development and optimisation of the entire Too Good To Go product portfolio and consists of Product Managers, Data/Insights Analysts, and Product/UX Designers. This position reports directly to our VP of Product.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, execution, and delivery for a specific product or a major feature within our marketplace. You will influence the strategic direction, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that the product delivers impactful results aligned with our mission and business goals.

The specific responsibilities of a Senior Product Manager role are:

Define and Drive Product Strategy

  • Propose and refine product strategies and OKRs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Shape roadmaps to improve current offerings while introducing new features that deliver value to consumers and partners.

Work through ambiguity:

  • Lead initiatives where product strategies and feature design are not clearly defined. Navigate ambiguity with limited guidance, creating structure and clarity to drive results.

Influence Senior Leadership

  • Build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders by clearly articulating product vision, roadmap, and progress.
  • Engage executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and facilitate critical pivots when needed

Leverage Data to Inform Decisions

  • Drive clarity on the impact of product initiatives on commercial and product metrics.
  • Use data and customer insights to inform decisions and advocate for the needs of end-users and partners.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and analytics, as well as stakeholders across the business and other functions, to deliver impactful results.
  • Bring a proactive approach to improving communication and workflows within teams.

Deliver High-Impact Results

  • Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality products and features that align with user needs, market demands, and business objectives.
  • Balance time, quality, and cost to optimise outcomes.

Bridge Technology and Business Needs

  • Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritise technical needs and ensure that features are scalable, extensible, and innovative.
  • Contribute to build vs buy evaluations and ensure technology choices align with business goals.

Requirement

  • Multi-year experience within Product Management, ideally within a marketplace or technology domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to propose and execute product strategies with a balance of long-term vision and short-term delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating business objectives into measurable product metrics.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Technical fluency, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams and resolve product challenges.
  • Customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on customer involvement and hands-on experience in customer research.
  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders, including senior executives, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable leading in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, with a growth mindset and a passion for delivering impactful results.
