We are seeking an experienced Head of Design, based in Copenhagen, to join our Global Creative team.

 

Your mission:

As a brand guardian for the visual identity of Too Good To Go, you will play a critical role in designing, shaping and growing our mission across channels. This position is ideal for a creative professional with experience with in-house or agency based environments. Reporting to our Director of Creative for you’ll assist in shaping our brand and designing compelling creatives across digital, print and media, as well as presentations and other marketing collateral. 



Your role:

  • Creative Design: Leverage your extensive expertise in design programs to craft transformative digital and print solutions across multiple platforms, including global campaigns, in-store materials, and digital channels, elevating the visual standard of Too Good To Go.
  • Visual Identity Management: Collaborate with senior creative leadership to refine and enhance Too Good To Go’s visual identity, ensuring it consistently reflects our core values and resonates across all B2B and B2B2C touchpoints.
  • Brand Communication: Use your outstanding design skills to efficiently communicate Too Good To Go’s missions and products, to bring energy, magic and clarity to the brand experience. Your creatives will be used to communicate  internally, to our users and partner businesses. 
  • Collaboration: Lead the Design team as well as instruct the wider Creative team to develop visually appealing designs driven by food sustainability, with ample opportunity to collaborate across departments. Thriving within stakeholder management and pitching design ideas. 
  • Visionary Innovation: Champion continuous learning and adaptation to harness emerging trends and opportunities, pushing the boundaries of visual innovation at Too Good To Go.



Requirements: 

  • Extensive professional design experience with a distinguished portfolio reflecting a broad range of successful projects.
  • A creative mind with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with leading design teams. 
  • Knowledge of art direction and handling big photoshoots. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, thriving on managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, with mastery of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proven versatile skill set in both digital and print design.
  • Portfolio submission required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video and motion design, with knowledge of software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in similar international working environments.
  • Direct experience within trade marketing/POS.
  • Background in a creative agency.
  • Understanding of concepts and marketing campaigns.
