Are you looking for a job with meaning and a sustainable impact on the environment and would you like to become part of our fantastic team? Then you have come to the right place!

Our mission at Too Good To Go is to inspire and empower people every day to save food from being wasted. We have a simple solution for this: The Too Good To Go app connects supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, canteens and hotels with our users, who can pick up surplus food at a reduced price. This way we ensure that good food ends up on the plate instead of in the bin.

Too Good To Go has set itself the goal of being a humanly, economically and socially sustainable company. We have already been certified as a B-Corp company.

Your role in our team:

The task of the Independent Partner Growth Team is to proactively approach our existing partners in order to achieve a high retention rate and to ensure that all food is saved at the partner companies. You do this as follows:

  • You are proactively in contact with your most important existing partners by phone, email and occasionally in person. In doing so, you build a strong relationship with our partner companies, understand their needs and respond to them.
  • You will develop new strategies within our team to improve our KPIs and processes, while not losing sight of the efficiency and scalability of our work.
  • You work closely with other teams, including internationally, to identify challenges early, promote synergies and improve existing processes.
  • You find creative ways to convey our message to partner companies.

This is what you bring with you:

  • You love dealing with people, are extremely empathetic, have emotional intelligence and know how to challenge others - both your colleagues and our partner companies.
  • You are communicative, expressive and convincing on the phone. Previous experience in sales/upselling is an advantage, but not a must.
  • You are a team player, work in a structured manner and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You are not afraid to address problems directly.
  • Your way of working is solution-oriented, innovative, structured and data-based.
  • No challenge is too big for you: you would rather fail than not try. You see problems as an opportunity for growth and approach them calmly and with a positive attitude .
  • You have a command of the German language at C2 level and speak very good English (B2).

This is what you can expect from us:

  • Above-average financial support for company pension schemes
  • Monthly €50 benefit in kind in the form of a Benefitsy subscription to be redeemed at Spotify, Rewe, Ikea, Urban Sports Club and many more.
  • Free mental health support with nilo.health
  • Mental Health Day: Take half a day a month for yourself!
  • Legendary social events
  • A fully paid child sick day
  • Promotion of part-time qualifications and individual training opportunities through our internal Learning & Development Program
  • Our shareback program: You get up to three paid working days per year for volunteer work in the field of food rescue
  • Flexible working hours and home office option in consultation with your team
  • Help us save surprise bags: The first 10 are on us and every year there is a voucher for 12 more surprise bags!

Our values:

  • WE WIN TOGETHER
  • WE RAISE THE BAR
  • WE KEEP IT SIMPLE
  • WE BUILD A LEGACY
  • WE CARE
