That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Business Intelligence to join us in our Copenhagen office.

 

Your mission

We are looking for a Head of Business Intelligence to oversee the development, implementation, and management of business intelligence strategies and initiatives at Too Good To Go. You will be a key leadership member of the Global Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Analytics, and managing a team of 5. You will be responsible for designing & developing solutions for a variety of functional areas, including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, People & Culture, and Finance.

Your role

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify the key priorities for the Business Intelligence team
  • Empower the team through coaching, skills development, and continuous feedback
  • Set up and oversee team processes, tools, and ways of working for delivering high quality solutions
  • Ensure consistency in data definitions across systems, in collaboration with technical leadership (Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering)
  • Identify business opportunities for data-enabled solutions for workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • You have significant experience delivering self-service analytics solutions
  • You have demonstrated experience setting & delivering on the priorities of a team
  • You have demonstrated experience managing & developing team members
  • You have full professional proficiency in English
  • You are based (or willing to relocate) in Copenhague
  • You are a great communicator and storyteller - someone who enjoys helping non-technical audiences see what you see in the numbers!
  • You are driven by the “why” behind the work that you do, always eager to ask an extra question to make sure you’re solving for the right thing
  • You are passionate about data literacy 
  • You have a proactive mindset and work well in a team environment
  • You are strongly proficient in SQL, dbt, & git
  • You are strongly proficient in at least one BI/Data Visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
