Our community of over 45 million users has saved more than 94 million meals from going to waste across 17 countries - but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

Globally, more than one-third of all food is wasted, and climate experts agree that combating food waste is one of the most important things we can do to address the climate crisis. We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join a team of superstars at Too Good To Go in Zürich.

Sounds like your kind of mission, but what will it entail?

As a Partner Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful and sustainable relationships with our independent partners (partners that are not part of a chain) by providing amazing service, support and understanding to their needs and motivations to bring the partnership to the next level of fighting food waste.

As a Partner Manager you will:

  • Improve the efficiency of our high impact stores in saving food waste and make sure they save all their unsold items by ensuring their optimum performance and satisfaction
  • Work closely together with our internal sales to develop in-depth knowledge of our partners and use this knowledge to act as the guardian of the store journey and the overall store experience
  • Create clear email communications and strategies, consistent with our brand tone of voice
  • Conduct data analysis of store performance and use this to identify opportunities for growth and suggest ways to make improvements
  • Contribute to the wider goals of the CH Success Account Management Team as required

Are you the Waste Warrior we’re looking for?

  • You have experience in account management; use of data or numbers is an added plus
  • You are bilingual and have full professional proficiency (C2) in German AND French with fluent English working skills
  • You have strong writing skills with a catchy writing style
  • You have excellent and authentic interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have exceptional project management skills, able to effectively juggle and organize multiple priorities – operational challenges are your thing!
  • You have an analytical mindset with a comfort working with data and producing reports
  • You have an empathetic and patient approach
  • You’re autonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a time with minimal guidance
  • You have a positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organization
  • You’re a team-player and innovative problem solver, keen to learn, collaborate and bring your own ideas to the table
