THE TEAM

Tomorrow Health’s Talent Acquisition team partners with leadership and hiring managers across the business and is responsible for the full life cycle of the candidate experience. We look for exceptionally talented people who are aligned with our mission, team dynamics and who value a balance of continuous learning while offering mentorship to those around you. 

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter, Technology who will lead our hiring initiatives across our Tomorrow Health business teams (Engineering and Product). This role will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to offer and provide an exceptional candidate experience and continuous communication while simultaneously managing multiple roles 
  • Work in tandem with our Recruiting Coordinator, and Hiring Managers to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all candidates
  • Lead the hiring process as a partner to your stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Talent Partners (HR), and Leadership teams to manage calibrations, interview processes, and decision-making debriefs
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on initiatives to approach and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive market, share sourcing tools, strategies, and proactively build strong, trusting relationships across the organization
  • Own the data integrity and reporting of your roles in our ATS
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all things Technology Recruiting

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience managing the entire candidate life cycle
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing extraordinary talents across business units (Engineering and Product)
  • Extensive experience operating a fast-paced environment and working autonomously in alignment with the goals of your team
  • Demonstrated experience creating DEI sourcing strategies and developing relationships for building diverse teams
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment resources 
  • Preference for data-driven decisions and best practices for meeting talent acquisition metrics
  • An affinity for candidate advocacy above all else and a principled focus on the human experience of the job search process
