About the team

Tomorrow Health’s Business Development team is responsible for supporting our referring providers who serve patients by directly connecting to and providing quality care delivery. The Business Development team consists of Account Management and Payer Relations.  The Account Management team partners with the Operations and Product teams to ensure high quality service and ardent use of the Tomorrow health platform by referring providers. They are responsible for driving adoption of the Tomorrow Health platform and addressing provider questions. Throughout the onboarding process you will be building the foundation for success for referring providers and other stakeholders in the Tomorrow Health network.

About the role

We are currently looking for an Onboarding Account Manager who will be the link between Account Managers and Tomorrow Health teams. Reporting to the Market GM, this person will spearhead new referring provider onboardings, focusing heavily on developing increasingly efficient processes and providing compassionate customer support at every stage. Some examples of work you will take on over the next three months:

  • You will partner closely with account managers, product team members, and operations leads to provide a successful post-education customer handoff and onboarding experience
  • You will manage new referring provider onboardings from working with Account Managers on data integration to conducting customized training sessions
  • You will improve and optimize the existing onboarding process to decrease time to value and increase scalability by (for example, expanding self-serve onboarding documentation and resources, developing onboarding collateral (decks, worksheets, etc.), compiling product onboarding suggestions, etc.)
  • You will be the Tomorrow Health product expert for new referring providers
  • You will deliver superior customer support by understanding customer needs and delivering on company commitments
  • You will work with customers across a variety of industries to help them solve their patient ordering needs
  • You will collaborate with key customer stakeholders to curate a plan to hit key goals and objectives
  • You will help drive the direction of our product by collecting and analyzing customer feedback and working with relevant stakeholders across departments

About You: 

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a healthcare company
  • You have experience with data analytics and excellent project management skills
  • You have experience providing an exceptional customer experience and leading product trainings
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for using technology to help solve business problems
  • You have a love for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
  • You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • You believes deeply in the idea that the future of healthcare can be significantly better and is driven by the opportunity we have in front of us to make it a reality
  • You have a track record of continual learning and improvement throughout their career
  • You strive for operational excellence and knows that there is always room to do better
