Recruiting is one of the most important things Tomorrow Health needs to accomplish. The Business Recruiter will play a critical role in helping drive this activity for the entire company. This person will be responsible for sourcing and owning the relationship with each candidate from first outreach all the way to close and the new employees first day, as well as partner closely with hiring managers across the company to shape and execute on hiring plans, identifying exceptionally talented people. This role will largely support our front line customer experience team, patient operations team, account management, marketing, as well as other general and administrative roles.

Manage the candidate experience from first interaction through to onboarding, ensuring candidates have all of the information they need at each step of the process.
Develop and execute on strategic recruiting & sourcing strategies, ensuring Tomorrow Health is able to engage with exceptional people who are aligned with our mission and culture.
Manage our ATS and ensure integrity of recruiting analytics & data for reporting purposes
Manage the interview process, including pre-huddle and debrief with meetings interview panels to ensure we're making effective decisions
Manage the offer and negotiation process with candidates and internal stakeholders

You have experience recruiting for high volume positions, such as customer experience or front line sales roles
