Role Description:
We are seeking an Account Manager on the Business Development team who is a relationship-builder, with the communications skills, energy, and drive to foster and maintain dozens of national and regional partnerships on behalf on Tomorrow Health. You will spend most of your time working with external partners, acting as a channel for feedback to Tomorrow Health's operations and product teams, and finding opportunities to grow in collaboration with these partners.
What :
- Drive Growth
- Partner with the Product and Operations teams to understand Tomorrow Health's end-to-end service and set of tools relevant for your accounts
- Prepare to onboard new partners onto the Tomorrow Health platform, working in partnership with Marketing and Product teams to craft messaging and external materials
- Host Tomorrow Health trainings for accounts you are covering, send follow-ups, and track key metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate back to internal teams, helping refine Tomorrow Health’s service offering
- Drive additional growth through existing partnerships that you manage
- Relationship Management
- Responsible for building real relationships with national and regional partners, hosting weekly or monthly check-ins to collect feedback and review performance, adhering to Account Management best practices
