【 What you'll do】

The CRM marketer will own user communication touchpoints on owned mediums and test new ways to keep Furbo users engaged and active. Responsibility for the role may include:

  • Develop best practices and strategies for customer lifecycle campaigns (activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn management, etc) working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Intelligence, Product, Regional Marketing)

  • Map user journeys, support analysis and enhancement of lifecycle campaigns, including personalization and localization

  • Execute A/B tests and own analysis of results to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness

  • Drive activation, retention, loyalty, engagement, churn prevention and usage metrics for subscription services (e.g. MAU, LTV, etc.)

  • Develop ways to improve the usage of the CRM/CDP platform by developing processes, SOPS and automating everyday tasks

  • Develop actionable insights and provide campaign optimization recommendations for the Lifecycle and Regional Marketing team.

  • Develop an understanding of what the Furbo community needs, accounting for differences in region, language, and segments. Deliver communication strategy and written content to address those needs.

  • Work with the regional marketing teams (North America, Europe, and APAC) to align marketing campaigns communication and disseminate content


【 Who you are 】

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in B2C companies

  • Communication marketing experience in the consumer subscription business is a huge plus!

  • Great analytical skills – ability to formulate logical data-driven insights and test new ideas.

  • Excellent communication skills, has good command of written English, and is able to communicate in Chinese.

  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and focus on the tasks that drive the most value

  • Knowledge of different email, marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Tableau, or other email service providers )

  • A customer-centric mindset and experience collaborating with the team to achieve a cohesive customer journey

  • You love pets! Preferably you have one (or many)!
