Operations and Billing Administrator
An Operations and Billing Administrator at Togetherwork Association Business Unit is responsible for the day-to-day processing of sales contracts and preparation of orders for the monthly invoicing process. The candidate will work across multiple business areas to ensure customers will be invoiced correctly for the products and services in their contracts and agreements. This is a detail-oriented position that requires proficiency with billing and accounting platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce software. The ideal candidate will have experience with account receivables and a strong working knowledge of complex installment billing processes.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage PDF and DocuSign contracts and related files in internal document libraries
- Enter contracts and orders into company’s project management and billing system
- Oversee project management time entry records for accuracy and invoicing
- Review monthly/annual invoicing of customer software subscriptions and work orders for professional services projects
- Management of renewal reports and list views including updated/current notes and dates for next actions and dates, as well as updating renewal stages during the renewal process
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and process authorized adjustments
- Update customer billing contacts and other billing details
- Manage the provisioning and removal of subscriptions for products such as user licenses and data storage
- Issue payment reminders to customers and interface with corporate accounts receivable and credit/collections as needed
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Accounting or Business Administration degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience with professional services billing or similar experience
- Ability to perform other essential duties necessary to process invoices and validate time entry
- A team player who can motivate others in a positive manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, with a high focus on process optimization
- Focus on delivering value and exceptional customer experiences
- Fluent in Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office and Project

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
