  • The Account Coordinator is responsible for processing paid services requests and facilitating demonstrations of upsell modules.


  • Monitor accounts@unionware.com mailbox for incoming requests.
  • Qualify incoming paid services request from customers (mostly delivered by UnionCare and Accounts email box, but some coming from other sources).
  • Evaluate, categorize, and apply consistent naming convention to incoming request.

 If a simple task:

  • Entering request into SalesForce.
  • Determine pre-requisite items and information required to generate a quote.
  • Qualify request with customer, verifying timeline for delivery, urgency and budget while also collecting pre-requisite items and information not included in the original request.
  • Where necessary, schedule request with review committee to determine most appropriate solution for estimating.
  • Estimate development require to complete request and apply formulas to determine BA, QA and project management time.
  • Formulate a “not to exceed” quote within SalesForce and sending to customer for approval.

 If project:

  • Perform same steps as task + defining requirements for project. Present requirements to review committee to confirm approach and help with estimating.

If Module:

  • Perform steps for task/project following customer demonstration of module.
  • Enter, track, and update all customer paid services request interactions within SalesForce and CRUW.
  • Follow-up, negotiate and get approval on outstanding quotes.
  • Facilitate handoff with Professional Services team for project deliverables.
  • Re-engage with customers to address extending timelines, expanded scope and other factors that could increase the time estimate of a task or project.
  • Organize materials provided by client
  • Conduct product demos to existing clients and supports, where appropriate, demos for prospective clients. Create follow up tasks from each demo.
  • Identify and catalog different types of requests to help define the Product Catalog
  • Become a subject matter expert on UnionWare
  • Evaluate and improve, where appropriate, the Inside Sales process
  • Other related duties as assigned


  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, as an inside sale rep or account coordinator for enterprise software
  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge working with either installed or web-based software
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, project management or an equivalent of work experience preferred



  • Proven experience with high level planning, problem solving and analysis
  • Strong communication skills, energetic, ability to draw out the needs and requirements of clients and identify blockers.
  • Not afraid to call clients, request timelines and follow up regularly
  • A natural curiosity and desire to understand “why” things are the way they are
  • Quick learner that can be put into new situations and quickly become a domain expert
  • Analytical skills along with being able to conceptualize, design and document new features and business requirements
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Must possess sound decision-making and organizational skills
  • High work standards-work ethic, task completion, consistency, follow up, accuracy/attention to detail, time management
  • Personal management skills-accountability, self-management, adaptability, creativity, initiative, implementation skills, and problem solving
