The purpose of this position is to provide a proactive and positive accounts receivable function to ensure clients’ accounts are maintained in ShulCloud. Provide customer service to synagogues and their congregants. Provide prompt and accurate processing of statements, thereby contributing to the overall financial health of the synagogues.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adheres to Shulwares policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules and regulations
Prepare daily deposits for data entry team
Ensure all deposit batches are in balance
Scan necessary files for data entry team and for daily filing
Assist in month end processes as needed
Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of related systems
Undertake other tasks and/or projects, as required to support the wider Kesef Team
