As a member of the Protech Professional Services Implementation Team, the Solution Consultant is the Protech AMS and Microsoft Dynamics expert. The Solution Consultant collaborates with the Project Manager, Data Analysts & Developer roles, to ensure adherence to contracted scope and budget, and to affirm their solution design and configurations have been optimized for their Customer’s requirements and business operations.  This role is further responsible for documenting a Customer’s full Protech configuration/solution, providing demonstrations of configurations/solutions, and for end-User training and supporting the effort through deployment and go live.  This is a customer facing role, and hence the candidate is expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions remotely or in-person at a client site
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Dynamics/Protech platforms and products
  • Perform configuration of the Protech solution
  • Identify gaps in the solutions between the current and desired state and provide solutions
  • Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • Follow and understand new Dynamics & Protech product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases
  • Directly and effectively train customer’s personnel in the use of the system
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with the implementation team and with customers regarding status, technical issues, enhancements, and creative solutions
  • Maintain target billable utilization while providing quality work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working with Associations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of Business Systems or IT, or education/coursework in lieu of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at presentation to customers and senior management
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to shift and ramp up quickly in different areas of the product
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Ability to work remotely or co-located
  • Some travel may be necessary as required by the customer
  • Familiarity with a full project life cycle from requirements through deployment
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency with excellent communication, presentation, and written skills
  • Ability to work independently, identify areas of improvement, and take initiative to make improvements
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Visio)

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

US Remote: $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year
