Customer Support Engineer

Job location: Arlington, VA. 

Duties: Design, development, testing, and deployment of company software solutions for customers, using Apex and VisualForce, and leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies. Responsibilities: design and develop functionalities and application components using Apex, SOQL and JavaScript on Force.com; design, code, test, and document complex scripts; provide estimates for work effort required; provide technical expertise related to Software Solutions; working on custom extensions;  preparing technical designs for modifications and integrations; and lead transition from Product Delivery to the Customer Success Team.

Requirements: U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer and Information Science or closely related field and 18 months of experience in the job offered, Salesforce Administrator or Developer, Business Analyst or closely related position. Concurrent experience must include 18 months of experience with Salesforce system integration and external applications and systems using Apex; designs complex Visual force pages and web forms using JavaScript; and implement requirements for Salesforce.com platforms and Force.com.
