Highsnobiety is hiring an Events & Talent Intern or Working Student (all genders) to support our Events and Talent Team in Berlin, starting in February 2025.
YOUR MISSION:
- Support to produce impactful experiences for our global audience, in partnership with fashion and lifestyle brands across key markets (Berlin, Paris, London, Milan, New York, and beyond)
- Help to ensure that all events are delivered on time, within scope, creative direction, and budget
- Collaborating across different teams such as creative, commerce, project management, sales, and editorial
- Support in research, accounting, travel planning, and artist hospitality
- Research influencers and talent
- Communication with agents and talent
- Keep our talent master database up to date by researching and discovering new and interesting talent
- Support sourcing products
- Packaging and shipping of our products
- Quality control of seeding packaging and shipping
- Track talent coverage on Lefty
- Reporting
YOUR SKILLS:
- Currently enrolled in a university program, and looking for a mandatory internship (min 5 months) full-time, or a position as a working student
- Students majoring in marketing, event, cultural studies, or a similar field have an advantage
- Knowledge and first experiences in the cultural, music, and event spheres, talent sourcing, and casting are a plus
- Understanding of the digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
- A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged into popular culture with awareness of what’s going on in fashion, music, and other youth passion points
- Team player with excellent English language and communication skills
- Energetic and can-do attitude. With a hands-on mentality and ability to get things done
- Able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
- Experienced in Excel and Keynote
- Located in Berlin
- Driver's licence is a plus
