We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator to focus on producing content for our TikTok channel. This role requires someone who understands TikTok’s unique culture and is skilled in producing engaging, trend-driven, and original video content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation and editing, along with an innate understanding of the TikTok platform’s algorithm and audience preferences.
YOUR MISSION:
- Create and produce content: Develop, film, and edit engaging TikTok content that resonates with our audience and showcases cultural trends, fashion, and creativity.
- Lead innovation on TikTok: Stay ahead of trends and produce innovative, original content that speaks to our TikTok audience.
- Manage TikTok presence: Post, schedule, and manage content, ensuring consistency and engagement across the platform.
- Engage with community: Actively respond to comments and messages, sparking conversations and maintaining a lively, interactive presence on TikTok.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align on content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) creating engaging social-first content for fashion brands or similar industries, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work on TikTok.
- Expertise in video editing, with the ability to create visually compelling and trend-driven content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically TikTok, and a deep knowledge of current trends, algorithmic changes, and best practices.
- Passionate about fashion, style, and product storytelling with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
