We are looking for a Showroom Consultant to join our team in Berlin full time. Our Berlin flagship store is the ultimate representation of that brand promise, a creative, exciting space, with the most relevant and interesting products for the culture pioneer.
YOUR MISSION:
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Drive sales ensuring that targets are achieved
- Process sales transactions
- Replenish stock and maintain the day-to-day standards in visual displays
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Work with our events team to help deliver events that work for our customer and sponsors
YOUR SKILLS:
- Experience in retail / customer service
- Good communication skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Commercial mindset
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and street culture
- Excellent German language skills
