We are looking for a Senior Creative to join and solidify our team in Berlin! As part of our creative team, you would concept and create striking visual campaigns as well as supporting the team in bringing social media, photo & video content and event activations to life. You are used to work in a client facing role and have a solid fashion POV.

 

YOUR MISSION:

  • Working closely with the strategy team to identify key insights and defining the strategic approach
  • Taking a lead role in creative conception of content-marketing solutions with a focus on art direction for brands across social media, video and activations
    • Bringing your ideas to life through presentation decks and presenting these within the team and to clients
  • Working together with the sales and creative team to ensure that client briefs are answered with innovative thinking and unique solutions

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 5+ years experience as a Creative in an agency or creative studio with fluency in all creative deliverables (experience with editorial content and campaigns is a plus)
  • A deep understanding of the media landscape with proven relationships across the client agency world
  • Proven experience delivering fashion campaigns and amazing creative ideation skills
  • An ability and interest in creating both social first and 360 campaigns
  • A strong eye for imagery, storytelling and talent selection
  • Very familiar with Keynote and Google Slides, you are a natural storyteller and a confident presenter
  • Confident with being the lead creative on set for both photo and video productions 
  • Ability to create new creative concepts that follow brand guidelines, understanding of client needs and respond proactively to client feedback
  • A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going on in fashion, music and other youth passion points
  • Strong ability to work across multiple industry sectors and teams, both internal and external and reporting to an Associate Creative Director 
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
