Highsnobiety are looking for an experienced Affiliate Activations Coordinator (all genders) to join our content monetization and shopping team in Berlin. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and creative environment. This individual should have some experience in leading and executing projects as well as some Affiliate Marketing knowledge.
YOUR MISSION:
- Planning, organizing and managing both paid and organic content from start to finish
- Collaborating with the Shopping Team (Editor, Curator, Sales) to ensure that paid content is delivered on-time and in line with clients' needs
- Have a strong knowledge of current fashion and cultural trends to ensure that all shopping content is relevant for our readership
- Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes
- Analyze affiliate data to share with the client and make informed decisions to maximize the performance of our content
- Be client-facing; build and maintain strong relationships with existing paid clients as well assist the sales manager with outreach to new potential clients
YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Affiliate experience within the creative industry
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Some basic knowledge of Affiliate Networks & Tracking
- Resilient and able to handle multiple projects at all times
- Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to analyze and present data as well as skills in excel
- Some knowledge of paid social is a plus
- Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
