As a publisher, our mission is to keep our readers ahead of the curve on the latest in fashion, sneakers, pop culture, music, art, design, and entertainment. With a monthly reach of 50M+ across platforms, Highsnobiety is among the most-read, and influential publications in youth style culture.

YOUR MISSION:

PROCUREMENT

  • Identify and cast Talent based on overall brand objectives, KPI’s and timing/budget feasibility across all  proactive pitching, RFP’s and active projects within HS+. Programs include, but are not limited to: 
    • NOTE: Event Appearances + Performances to include B2C (i.e. Issue Launches, Highsnobiety activations across annual events - Art Basel, etc.) 
    • Social First Photo + Video Campaigns, OOH Campaigns, UGC Campaigns, First-to-Market Campaigns, Event Appearances, Event Performances, Designer Collaborations, Seedings, Endorsements, etc. 
  • Support the HS+ Creative Team to provide any necessary imagery and metrics for pre-sale pitches.
  • Build, leverage and maintain industry relationships within the Talent community. Relationships include, but are not limited to:
    • Talent Directly (Influencers, Creators, Artists, Models, etc.),  Agents, Talent Agencies, Publicists, Managers, etc. 
  • Main point of contact for all Talent-related communications throughout the pre-sale process and active campaigns. Talent-related communications include, but are not limited to: 
    • Pitching relevant Talent, cost projections based on proposed deal points, maintaining Talent budgets, communicating directly with HS+ Client Services and/or Clients to provide insight, POV, problem solving strategies, additional recommendations, etc. 
    • Working closely with Coordinator on outreach and negotiations, supervising timelines, managing deliverables, milestone payments and reporting. 
  • Create Talent Offer Letter(s) and Agreements alongside legal and Coordinator with clearly defined deal points and SOW, and supervise/support in outreach and negotiations.
  • Oversee the creation of materials for recommended Talent. Materials include, but are not limited to: Creative Briefs, UGC Toolkits, Shoot Schedules, Rollout Strategies, etc. 
  • Work alongside Coordinator to maintain Talent’s schedule for Content Creation, Posting Cadence, Shoot Days, Event Appearances, including any and all Talent requests or requirements.
  • Ensure Talent’s participation and fulfillment of contracted deliverables through duration of campaign in time and within budget.
  • Ensure all deliverables and coverage are captured for use in recap reporting, reach, impressions, etc.  

GUEST RELATIONS

  • Supervise the execution of all guest relation offerings for Events (B2B + B2C) with Highsnobiety PR Agency
  • Oversee the curation of guest lists, outreach, RSVP management and FOH services with Highsnobiety PR Agency (B2B + B2C)
  • Ensure post event coverage is secured and post event recaps are completed in a timely manner

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 3-4 years experience working in talent and influencer management
  • A deep understanding of client needs and internal processes
  • Strong understanding of usage and pricing specific to types projects and talent
  • Strong knowledge of what Highsnobiety represents. The right person should be plugged in to current and upcoming trends in all major fields relevant to our world
  • Built-in contact list for talent in our audience
  • Strong understanding of talent seeding and micro-influencer campaigns 
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and able to work under pressure 
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated and passionate 
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
  • Capable to act as a HS brand ambassador
  • Ability to work flexible hours

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
