We are looking for a Commerce Operations Intern/ Working Student for our e-commerce platform to join our team in Berlin. As a Commerce Operations Intern/ Working Student your mission is to support our supply chain team with the article lifecycle for our Highsnobiety commerce shop: from purchase to online.
YOUR MISSION:
- Support on key projects and initiatives and get insights into a wide array of e-commerce topics
- Prepare product data and publish products and campaigns on-site
- Receive, record and process a limited amount of supplier deliveries in our office cross-dock
- Support on keeping our data quality at a high standard
- Suggest improvements around these topics across teams and support process documentation
YOUR SKILLS:
- You can efficiently handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
- You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset
- You are interested in data and processes
- You have worked with Excel or Google Sheets before
