We are looking for a Commerce Operations Manager (all genders) to join our team in Berlin. As an in-house consultant and project manager, you will directly influence the global shopping experience for Highsnobiety’s customers by constantly improving and innovating our processes. The role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Commerce Operations and is embedded within the Commerce Ops team.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Project Management: Design, implement, and oversee various projects across warehousing, B2C fulfilment, packaging and discount steering to enhance our operations and the customer experience
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key outbound operational performance indicators proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain a high level of operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Commercial Analysis: Conduct detailed commercial analyses on order economics and customer cohorts to inform strategic decisions to drive revenue or protect profitability.  Become well-versed with the commerce P&L to understand its main levers driving profitability and/or growth
  • Cost Management: Own the logistics and warehousing cost lines of the commerce P&L, managing the budget and steering against targets to optimize financial outcomes
  • Sales Forecasting: Conduct short-term sales forecasting towards our 3PL to effectively manage operational capacities and resource allocation
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine operating procedures and ERP processes in outbound operations to streamline operations in collaboration with technical experts
  • No-Code/Low-Code Automation: Create low-code automation for outbound processes to increase process speed and reduce error rates supported by tools like AirTable and n8n
  • Marketplace & Clearance Management: Manage and enhance Highsnobiety’s presence on marketplaces and own the operational processes around stock clearance

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic. You have strong organizational skills
  • 2-4 years experience in e-commerce, strategy, operations or related role
  • You are fluent in English and have good written and oral communication skills
  • You have strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and are able to present data and findings
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to own and manage multiple tasks and projects
