As part of our brand studio, the Creative Director is a department lead who finds the best approach to clearly present ideas that drives innovation. They will drive the team to create powerful, engaging, top-of-class custom program concepts that connect brands with our audience and provide Highsnobiety readers an amazing experience.


  • Manage the creative strategy team as the department head to ensure continued growth and creative expansion through coaching and development
  • Push the team to create high quality proposals that tell stories and provide recommendations that contribute to the strategic direction of client work
  • Ensure strong creative strategy and direction by providing constructive feedback and final sign off for all proposals created by the team
  • Lead the development of special high-level projects for key accounts by creating concepts for digital video, photo content, experiential activations, branded editorial, collaborations, etc.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients market distinction and position
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as production, brand partnerships, event and project management to deliver work of excellence and managing senior level clients
  • Uncover cultural insights that surface opportunities and meaning for brands
  • Work with designers, sellers, brands, creative agencies and others to ensure the ideas pitched are the most cutting-edge in the market
  • Big picture thinker, beyond the day-to-day, with a focus to improve workflow to drive efficiency and embrace creative ideation


  • 8 - 12 years experience proven track record of success leading creative strategy for integrated campaigns within the evolving digital landscape
  • Superb creative ideation skills; must be able to present to clients and internal stakeholders with charisma and passion; effectively selling in the importance of creative strategy
  • A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other youth passion points
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple industry sectors and teams, both internal and external
  • Management experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across team based on short and long-term needs
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
