We are looking for a Head of Production to join our team in Berlin. As part of our brand studio, the Head of Production is a department lead who finds the best approach to produce content in a fast-paced environment for our brand partners. They will drive the team to create powerful, engaging, top-of-class custom program productions that connect brands with our audience and provide Highsnobiety readers an amazing experience.

 

YOUR MISSION:

  • Manage the production team as the department head to ensure continued growth and creative expansion through coaching and development
  • Produce top- level photo and video branded content productions that aligns with our partner’s initiatives in the Highsnobiety aesthetic
  • Responsible for reviewing work of the teams to compile and communicate feedback in a constructive and concise manner
  • Big picture thinker, beyond the day-to-day, with a focus to improve workflow to drive efficiency and embrace creative production
  • Identify potential for new roles within the department to reduce cost
  • Understand the business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify the optimal processes and procedures to ensure a successful outcome of the project while minimising cost
  • Collaborate and foster strong relationships with various internal teams such as creative, brand partnerships, event and project management to deliver work of excellence and managing senior level clients
  • Liaise across various departments to provide clear and concise planning, budgeting and communication in order to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects
  • Scout and build a network of upcoming and established creative talent that are in line with the Highsnobiety aesthetic, ensure the productions pitched are the most cutting-edge in the market (photographers, videographers, talent, production companies)
  • Locate resources and manage third party vendors as needed

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 7+ years experience proven track record of success leading production for integrated campaigns within the evolving digital landscape
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in improving and implementing processes, workflow, internal document upkeep and revenue reporting
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. Needs to be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other youth passion points
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across team based on short and long-term needs
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
