The Role

Titan is looking for a Director, Brand Marketing to help grow Titan’s brand awareness among our target audience. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining Titan’s yearly marketing calendar, conceptualizing and building large-scale brand campaigns, and be responsible for all PR and communications. You’ll work closely with our lifecycle, performance, social media, product and content teams to ensure Titan’s brand is cohesive and best in class. 

You understand that marketing is both an art and a science and approach decision making with both data and innovation. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to articulate the big picture, but also execute against it. You’ll need to be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, while rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.

You have experience in both brand and product marketing; you are creative, data-driven, innovative, energetic, inclusive, curious, and excited about being a key team player in a thriving startup.

 
What You'll Do
  • Build the brand vision and mission to reach target consumers
  • Build a monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plan that aligns to key growth goals and company objectives
  • Concept and launch large-scale brand marketing campaigns 
  • Develop a cross-channel marketing strategy that encompasses both a traditional and social media marketing mix
  • Develop and execute Titan’s organic marketing strategy 
  • Work with liffecycle, social media, and performance marketing teams to build a cohesive strategy for the brand
  • Manage all public relations and outbound communications
  • Understand the market and have a keen eye to emerging channels and trends

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in brand and/or digital marketing
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns 
  • Proven track record of launching content and programs that resonate with target audience
  • Experience with social and traditional marketing channels (i.e, OOH advertising)
  • Organic marketing experience with a focus on brand growth
  • Ability to develop targeted media plan, measure and report on results 
  • A visionary who can also get the work done 
  • Self-starter with strong written and communication skills
