The Role

As a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be a critical member of Titan’s high-powered growth org. You will help define Titan’s growth strategy, and lead experimentation across many of Titan’s most important growth channels. You will help identify new opportunities for growth, and work with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, engineering) to lead growth initiatives from end-to-end.

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported by an incredible group of engineers, analysts, content strategists, brand marketers, and product innovators to reach our common goal - to build the first premium investment manager for everyone. The Sr. Manager, Growth will ideally be based in New York and report to Titan’s Head of Growth.

 
What You'll Do
  • Work with the growth team to identify areas for optimization across our core growth initiatives (CRO, SEO, Referrals, Content, Affiliates, etc).
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and acquire Titan customers, and work directly with product squads (product, design, analytics, engineering) to craft and perform product-growth experiments.
  • Own on-site and in-app optimization to increase conversion via iterative A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Run growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, drive execution and analysis.
  • Build customer models (cohort analysis, customer segmentation, etc) to gain a deep understanding of the Titan customer.

Qualifications 

  • At least 5+ years of growth marketing / product experience, preferably growing mobile app customer base [Bonus: Experience working in consumer tech/fintech environment]
  • Have a strong growth track record working across multiple core channels [CRO, SEO, Referrals, Content, Affiliates, Partnerships, etc]
  • A data-driven approach. Proficient in SQL, can identify areas for growth and optimization via data and insights.
  • Experience driving acquisition and retention strategy, and experimentation/optimization
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Robust understanding of subscription monetization
