In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Being the contact person for HR-related questions across the organization
- Actively managing the recruiting process, including the preparation of job descriptions, applicant search and selection, conducting job interviews, amongst others, and thereby ensuring a great candidate experience
- Developing and implementing various initiatives to further develop the People & Culture team and practices
- Managing and improving processes across the whole employee lifecycle, including the areas recruiting, on- and offboarding, corporate benefits, feedback and performance management, learning & development, team building and more
- Employer branding activities to attract talent, for example by organizing and conducting recruiting events
- Administrative responsibilities within the People & Culture Team in the day-to-day business
- Running your own projects within the area of People & Culture from initial research to implementation

- Prior work experience in recruiting, human resources or another people & culture related function

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
