In your role, you will:

  • Be responsible for and manage the recruitment process
  • Support the HR department on topics related to the whole employee lifecycle
  • Conceptualize performance feedback 
  • Support with improving the company’s employee development strategy
  • Help improve the candidate experience
  • Develop, innovate and own the onboarding and offboarding processes

As a potential candidate, you have:

  • An impeccable academic track record in the field of business administration, psychology or similar
  • Prior experience working in recruiting or another people function is considered a plus
  • Passion for renewable energy, talent acquisition and HR strategy
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven personality and a team player mentality
  • An open and communicative personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
