仕事内容
- セールスチームと協力し、潜在顧客のユースケースと要件を調査し、MODEソリューションのフィット＆ギャップ分析を行う。
- ソリューションデリバリーチームのエンジニアと協力して、ハイレベルなソリューション設計と導入計画を顧客に提案する。
- 顧客との契約プロセスの一環として、作業明細書（SoW）を作成する。
- ソリューションデリバリーチームのアウトプットの品質を管理し、顧客による受け入れを確認する。
経験とスキル
必須な経験とスキル
- 5年以上のクラウドベースのサービスを含むシステムアーキテクチャ設計の経験。
- 3年以上の技術プロジェクトにおけるエンタープライズ顧客との折衝経験。
- 2年以上のプロジェクトおよびエンジニアリングリソース管理経験。
- 日本語で技術者、非技術者とコミュニケーションできる能力（口頭および書面）。
- 英語で読み書きをする能力。
あると望ましい経験とスキル
- Javascript、Typescript、Goなどのプログラミング言語に精通していること。
- AWS上でのクラウドサービスやアプリケーションのローンチおよび運用経験。

Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Account Sales team, study use cases and requirements of potential customers and perform fit-gap analysis on MODE's solutions.
- In collaboration with other engineers in the Delivery Team, propose high-level solution design and implementation plans to customers. Draft statement of work (SoW) as part of the contracting process with customers.
- Supervise quality of the output of the Delivery Team and confirm acceptance by customers.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture design involving cloud-based services.
- 3+ years of experience in interfacing with enterprise customers on technical projects.
- 2+ years of experience in project and resource management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnels in Japanese (verbally and in writing)
- Preferred requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Go.
- Experience in launching and operating cloud services or applications on AWS.
