We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Development Representative that thrives in a high energy sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in discovering and piquing the interest of decision makers for ecommerce prospects, and be as comfortable reaching out to enterprise level brand names as small online retailers. The Sales Development Rep will be expected to make dozens of calls per day, generate interest and qualify prospects for our Sales Executives, playing a critical role in achieving our ambitious new-business goals. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements to generate immediate interest
Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate product interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full closing role
Proven inside sales experience
1 yr experience in B2B or B2C sales over the phone
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing 50+ of calls per day
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
