 Key Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the Senior Retention Project Manager to actively contribute to overall Consumer Marketing Retention Strategy including analysis, evaluation and implementation
  • Help to develop specific renewal subscription strategies from end to end
  • Work with the SRPM to develop renewal communications – timing, copy and implementation
  • Works with the fulfilment service to ensure strategies are implemented and the customer journey is developed and enhanced sufficiently
  • Work to develop and enhance customer journey to increase renewals and encourage customer self service
  • Manage the analysis of renewal campaigns and work with SRPM in building measurable renewal reporting structure
  • Responsible for communication of procedures and processes to the subscriptions team and reporting financial performance of renewals activity
  • Manage print comms and ensure briefs are created and campaigns executed
  • Support SRPM with the management of key external suppliers
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to deliver retention KPI’s
  • Produce monthly renewals reports
  • Use analysis to implement renewal strategies
  • Assist the PM in managing key Consumer Marketing projects throughout the year
  • Identify ways to increase the value of current subscribers through CRM, Propensity Modelling and Retention opportunities


Key skills/Requirements


  • 2 years renewal/retention direct marketing experience across all marketing channels
  • Proven track record of improving revenues and profits in previous roles
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Self motivated
  • Strong organisation skills and able to prioritise workloads
  • Strong communication skills
