Reporting to the Marketing Director of Fashion & Retail, the Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager will partner with a collaborative, fast-paced team relentlessly focused on media sales across the Fashion, Luxury and Retail categories. This person will develop and guide creative, idea-driven and insights-led integrated, multimedia ad sales programs and pitches from inception through sale.
Develop best-in-class proposals for retail, fashion and luxury brand RFPs, RFIs and proactive asks
Bring marketing solutions to life in a compelling pitch deck that strongly articulates the reason for and benefit of the proposed strategy
Think outside the box and develop custom solutions in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Content & Creative Teams and Brand Marketing
Create cross-platform programs that are performance driven and will deliver on client/campaign KPI’s
Attend and confidently contribute to client meetings for a wide array of brands
Grow category and client expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices across the larger marketing team
Innovate via Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram, always thinking through new ways to reach the client’s target audience
Stay connected to sold programs throughout the execution phase to ensure quality of program success
Communicative: You have superior writing skills allowing for the accurate and compelling manifestation of marketing solutions into client proposals. You possess excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and excite clients in a polished and professional manner.
Adaptable: You thrive in an evolving and fast paced, high volume environment focused on both internal and external selling of ideas and concepts. You're exceptionally resourceful and proactive and are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Knowledgeable: You have three to five years of marketing and advertising experience and strong Mac, PowerPoint and Excel skills, which are required. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop are a plus, and knowledge of comScore and Google Analytics is preferred. Strong knowledge of digital media, including packaging, pricing, production costs and assets is also required.
