Time Inc. seeks a highly organized Post Production Coordinator to assist in making sure the 16+ edit bays and the projects using them run smoothly.
Develop and maintain relationships with producers from People, Sports Illustrated, Time, Fortune, Essence, EW, InStyle, Money and other Time Inc. properties to facilitate the post production of video content
Maintain edit bays, personnel and meeting scheduling and calendars
Process edit & graphics requests; communicate details between producers and studio manager
Keep track of the status of each project and generate reports when needed
Work within the Zoom asset management tool (training will be provided)
Assist Editors in making revisions to edits in After Effects and Premiere
Assist Post Producer in relaying tech issues to the appropriate department
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Experienced. You have 2-4 year experience editing and producing and at least 2-4 year of demonstrated administrative experience. You also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Film Television or other applicable area of study.
Communicative both verbally and with the written word.
Knowledgeable. You have a strong technical understanding. You have familiarity with the Adobe creative suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
Calm under pressure. You are organized and professional, and can balance the schedule of high quality editing projects under tight deadlines.
