The Job:

Time Inc.'s HR team is looking for an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the HR Generalists with full employee lifecycle processes. This person will also partner with and support the SVP of HR and leadership team to identify, onboard, coach, and develop industry-leading talent.

 

You will:

  • Complete employment verifications, references, and background checks for assigned new hires
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Process hires/terminations, disable/inactivate employee accounts and conduct exit interviews
  • Provide department administrative support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with management and ensure HR strategies, processes and practices are implemented
  • Be responsible for reporting and assisting on grievance issues related to the collective bargaining agreement
  • Act as a front line employee advocate and champion, ensuring employee impact is considered as business decisions are made
  • Identify HR workflow inefficiencies and develops solutions for streamlining/automating HR processes; package communications and material for employees
