Overview of Responsibilities:

•Ensure end to end source/campaign management
•Ensure timely and accurate delivery of  Weekly  reports to US Stakeholders
•Help identify and implement process improvements as needed
•Aid in standardization, development, improvement and upkeep of various reports/process documents
•Routinely communicate with NY based management staff
•Routinely communicate with India-based teams and management

Educational Qualifications:

•Post graduate(MBA preferred)/ Graduate

Overview of Qualifications:

•Quantitative and logical thinker, with at least one year experience in reporting and analysis
•Attention to detail and aptitude in quality checking deliverables for consistent accuracy
•Ability to understand data and identify trends and discrepancies
•Sound business judgment and ability to apply business context
•Multitasking Skills
•Able to work with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds
•Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
•Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
•Positive attitude

Technical Skills:

•Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel)
•Basic VBA macros skills
